    I think a truck would be a cool project. like a 88-98 reg cab short box. something like the old ss but with an LT1.

    ya they are i guess. says there 4400. what about 94-04 S10 if you could find a reg cab short box they weight under 3000. theres also first gen S10 which are even lighter but dont look as good. plus there are so many parts out there for the S10's. im just a big fan of trucks though.

    Thought about the s10 idea when the LUV suggestion was made.... Would a truck do any good at auto x?

    if you lowered it a bit and put wide tires all the way around. i had a S10 with a 350 and turbo 350 with small stall in it and it ran the 1/4 in 13 flat with a DA of about 4000 and at 2300ft. the 350 also only had 325hp, and then i sprayed it with a 100 shot of N2O and got it to a 12.2 at 110 mph with a 60 foot of 1.67 i believe. it really sucked on the top end because the motor stopped making power at 5000rpm and i was reving it 6500. haha

    that would be a awesome project. i wish they made a roots style SC for the LT1's. my dad has a SRT10 ram with 600whp and its a 6 speed. so much fun to drive.

    1996 camaro Z28, Clayton racing 398, Rossler TH350 rmvb with brake, FTI billet race converter 4400, Dana S60 with 4.10's, 300 shot, Accel DFI controlled, UMI, Spohn, PA racing, QA1's, Baer brakes, 325/45/17 M&H, Caged, Corbeau's, Simpson, etc.
    From zero to fuck yeah in 3 seconds.
