    Default Powdercoated Engine Parts

I'm doing a cam swap soon and I can get really, really good deals on powdercoating so I'm thinking of getting some stuff done. I'm just not sure what.

I want to get the intake manifold painted red, but besides that I have no clue. Any ideas?

The intake manifold, water pump, and thermostat housing all look good when done the same color. Just make sure that the intake manifold fins are polished, it looks 10x better that way.

Would all of that stuff be "too much" in red? Black is much more subtle than red, so alot of stuff in black seems like it would be easier to pull off then alot of stuff in red. I plan on picking up some of that "Bling Master" to polish the fins on the manifold.

What about a subtle mix of black and red. Or for a cooler look, do a 20 or 40% gloss satin black.....that stuff is sick!

I was thinking maybe of a black/red mix, it would match the rest of the interior and exterior theme then.

I've never heard of a "20% or 40% gloss satin black", have any pictures?

Next time I have some brackets done in the satin I'll take pics. It's badass.
