Yea I saw that a while back. Not sure if he did croak or not but being that big I wouldn't doubt it. How does someone let themslevs get to that point!??! I'm 210 and even that pisses me off. Hitting up the gym hard!!!!!

How tall are you?

At my worst I was 5'11 and 260

Now I'm 6'2 @ 225ish
