I agree. there is no way Jpack's car would pass lake/porter county IN emissions (probably the same emissions that Chicago uses) we get jipped because of all the freaking semi traffic on 80/94. why should the general population have to emissions test their cars just because a bunch of toxin puking semis are on the roads. make THEM do emissions tests to be able to drive on those roads. if they fail, they can't use them. that would not only cut down on the truck traffic but also the pollution.
