Believe the highest driving freq I can go is 1000hz, so gotta play with the frequency and low DC a bit more. I have 10amp, 50v diodes for flyback protection, just need to install em with final setup.
Guess I shall see how they last with it, goal is to use this a trial to then PWM my fuel pump.Correlation does not imply causation.

Got another not so fun but cool none the less part in today. Cover up for some future, "clearancing"

Tired of my torque arm smacking into the body so chop chop time, then 3m seam seal this guy to car to cover hole.

Well, managed to blow both SSR bricks today, so back to the drawing board.

Ordered two more and gonna do some more research on what went wrong. Not sure if I was hitting em with too much or too little frequency.Correlation does not imply causation.

Installed new SSR's today, and wired em to be switching the negative side of fan, versus previously switching the hot side. Also made sure fly back diodes were in.
So far so good, pretty cool to see em slow start at 25% then up to 100% over a few degrees.Correlation does not imply causation.

Old stuff out, pretty sure its all CCA so took a weight hit but such is life

These are the problem areas I was worried about

But did manage to get a nice terminal block to get all the hot leads off the shut off switch

Few less things to potentially go wrong. I hope.Correlation does not imply causation.
