It seems like we go though this every year. I can't recall a year where the weather forecast was actually decent. We got boned hard last year. The original date (September 2nd) was cancelled by the track. We didn't have a choice. The second date (November 4th) was cancelled by us on the recommendation of the track. That very same day, they ran 3 events that had previously been rained out weeks prior. We were misled and what would have been a great day of racing went down as the only cancellation in the history of the event. There were a lot of hard feelings over it and it's something I don't want to have to deal with again.

The weather ended up being good, but I'll bet if you go through the 2015/2016 event threads you'll see a screenshot of the forecast calling for a chance of rain. My point was the weather forecast changes daily. We can't allow it to dictate the event
