Funny the one Taurus I'd trust my life to is my 1911. Not 1 hicup in several thousand rounds. it has never jammed, I had 1 magazine spring get weak and not catch the bolt hold back, a set of brownells springs took care of that.
PS this is the only taurus I still own!

I read where Taurus was addressing quality control. Maybe some of the newer stuff is better, I don't know.

I have two Taurus guns, one Glock and 3 S&W.
Of those guns, I had stovepipes only on a PT111 Pro (Taurus) and that was prior to a good cleaning. That gun has been flawless since.
I've never had a single issue out of a Taurus revolver and I've owned 3.
Their issue has always been the turnover time on their warranty work. It's disgusting according to all accounts. I've read and watched countless reviews that say, consistently, that the G2 guns are fantastic outside of a poor design on the mag release when attempting to switch it to LH (It's just a plastic rod holding it in and when removed, the stress on the rod leaves it flimsy and prone to malfunctions).95 Mystic Z28, 17x9 FR, 17x11 RR ZR-1's, Pacesetter LT's and Y-pipe, Borla adjustable, Moroso CAI, 2800 Stall, AC Delete, and Cracked Dash/broken lid Mod.
