Ebay seller MBIAUTO is awesome. They are painting me another bumper black, and shipping it to me FREE OF CHARGE. After the shit I have gone thru with eBay and other sellers, this was a pleasant surprise/outcome on a mistake that wasn't fully theirs.

Got my projector headlights somewhat aimed tonight and went for a little ride. I really need to find another obd1 pcm because I think this one is half the cause of my issues. no matter how lean I lean out bank 1 it basically floods, with different injectors, tune, o2, etc.
