    I didn't have to do any of that with my LPPs. They clear my stock steering shaft and fit fine.

    they hit the steering knuckle like a fat kid hits a chinese buffet. also hit the k some, he has poly motor mounts and trans mount so idn if that changes things

    Latest version? maybe those are duds, no problems here w/poly mounts and craptastic factory rag joint steering

    i bought them when they first started the second run... back when LPP was actually posting on the boards

    The set I put on Marc's car did the same. I did the LS shaft and it was still tight enough for me to message the meaty part with a flap diskl, not much but still had to do it. It also lightly rested on the pinch weld of the K, death wheel took care of that. He has stock mounts as far as I know.

    currently having the same issue. I've emailed them three times and never have gotten a response. what did you do to get your money back? did you just get credited the value of the y pipe or what?

    I opened a PayPal dispute and got money from the y back. I bought the y separately.
