Here's a vid of the boost test. When I turned up to around 18 psi it felt like a fan breeze.
(Caution Loud Video)
This what I found leaking out.
-blower volute
-coupler on blower
-pipe where it was welded
-coupler on throttle body
-blade shaft on throttle body
-tps sensor area
-fuel rail bolts

20~23 psi range. Haha, yea it was loud. Once I put more psi to it I had to put some ear plugs. The oval shape is just horrible to make a good seal. I put sealant and stopped it completely.
I'll try and post it up. I'm not really impressed on the power. I guess cause it's running E85 and the other tweaks I made I figured a decent gain. I think once it builds the extra boost it should be closer to what I had in mind, but time will tell once I retune it.
Thanks. It's is OBX long tubes, 3 inch duals with X-pipe, out to Zo6 Corsa sport mufflers with 4 inch tips. I'll be changing out mufflers to the Corsa Xtremes soon. I love it, one of the best things I like about the car. Quiet as can be inside the car but really loud outside. Can't wait to hear the Xtremes roar.

I put sealant around the volute. It had leakage all around. Sealed off 100% now.

Sealant around bottom crossover. Didn't have leaks that I was aware of but didn't want any.

Took apart throttle blade shaft and drilled another hole up top for greater spring load for the throttle to snap back and put sealant at the ends. Tps sensor area had major leaks.

Solid numbers and the car sounds great. Hopefully sealing things up will net you the additional gains you are looking for. It's tough to button these things up entirely but you have enough leakage to make the effort worth doing.
When is the retune?

Not surprised the Holley leaks. I have one and there are no real seals, just brass bushings.
