Spec Stage 2 clutch kit, Spec steel flywheel, ARP PP bolts, and pushrods have been ordered.
That was a fast 1100 spent.

How would a Spec Stage 2 clutch kit, Spec steel flywheel, ARP PP bolts, and pushrods cost less than $1100 on a LS?
A $350 tune for a LT1 is less money for a LS tune.
When OP finally gets to a good tune it will cost about the same as a LS tune.93 Z28, 383, PI 3200, Strange 12 bolt, 3.73, Strange coilovers, suspension, and going 24X... for three years or so.
