Does that camera you got have a time lapse setting? or your phone? it's cool to set it up and make a video of your self working on the car then you have a clip that makes it look like you really know what you're doing because you're moving a million miles a minute lol.
We did this one with my bird.

Probably. I do plan on taking a ton of photos. I have a couple dedicated folders on my computer all set for the install..
Going to try and make some fuel rail covers unless someone wants to make some for me
Also need to do the wire tuck mod because my engine bay looks like someone took a huge shit in it and wiped it all over the place

Two questions.
What is this lol. I believe it's the crank sprocket thing? Do I need to change it out since I already have a crank sensor? (97)

That is a 24x reluctor for a single chain. Yes, you need to swap it out. The stock one is only 4x.
96 Z28 - ERE-383, AFRs, 9", Procharger D1, TermiX, etc.
95 Roadmaster - T56 swap, H/C, suspension (aka The Cammaster)
