Negative, this is NJ here. If it was easy and logical, the state does the exact opposite.
GF works at hosipital near pistol range but I can't drop off coffee to her and then swing to range, have to make two trips. Hurray for NJ!Correlation does not imply causation.

U cant stop by her because of the gun? What is the law restricting that? Would it be ok if the gun were in a locked case, seperate from ammo, etc?

NJ only permits you to transport a pistol to and from a range, show, or exhibition. No deviance from the route, and no stops.

NJ is about impossible to get a CCP so they begrudginly give you the ability to take your pistol to the range and that is the extent of their graciousness. Originally Posted by popo8
