Speedo is delayed, and shifts are erractic.
While driving at highway speeds, the speedo began to drop. At THIS time, the converter unlocked and the transmission started to act up. It did this for 5-10 seconds. Once the speedo caught up to the ACTUAL speed the car was going, the converter locked up and the transmission was back to normal. Once I got to town, I pulled up to the STOP sign, I started to pull away from it, the engine revved up to about 2000rpm, and then the vehicle would move. The SES light never came on....Anybody have any ideas? VSS sensor perhaps?

Refresh my memory, but is that on the drivers' side of the tailshaft of the transmission? Or further towards the front?
