The difference wit that video and yours is that's an automatic which has a completely different flywheel. Does the sound change when you push in the clutch or start to apply torque (move forward)? You can rent most diagnostic tools for free at the big chain parts stores. I'd be happy to sell you a clutch but in this case I don't think it's the problem.

When I push in the clutch and shift into gear and accelerate the noise is still there, when I accelerate the frequency of the noise increases.

Yea, I don't think it's your clutch or flywheel. It's defiantly something with the rotating assembly. You might try posting in the "General Engine Discussion" or "Camaro and Firebird" sections. I think the first step is to get a compression gauge from a parts store and check for compression in all you cylinders.

I was just told compression test won't detect rod bearings so I'll try the plug wire test. Thanks everyone for your opinions, and thanks 96LT for being honest and not trying to sell me something I may not need. Blessings all!
