    Aluminum 643 heads. To stay stock and be cam only but the valve train is too get really beefy to support the boom stick I'll be purchasing from Lloyd!

    Yesterday the weather was nice to me and it allowed me to get everything bolted up to the engine stand. I got off all the exhaust manifolds, sensors, etc.

    Looking to find a bottom end rebuild kit that won't kill my pocket. What do you guys think?

    Got some free time this last Friday and was able to tear down the intake. I'm waiting for a space heater and drip pan to come in to make everything easier.

    I ask because he specd me two for a very similar build as urs since I'm poor lol. 223/231 or 227/235. I'm going with the 223/231, I'd rather have the torque down low for the boat
