Second and final coat done. Just have to edge, touch up some spots where I hit the ceiling, and get the carpet ripped out.

i fucking hate all that kind of work. just did my living room today. did my mom's whole doctor office once. it sucked. we kept running into more and more work that wasnt on the bid and ended up not making very much money cuz materials cost more than we projected. sucked and took forever.

I'm finding that I actually enjoy seeing the end result of all the work on my basement. I'm actually fully convinced that if I didn't have the cars, I'd be doing home improvement stuff all the time.

It was a lesson in patience. The basement was half done since May of 07. With the kid on the way I found it as a now or never type of thing.

Damn dude Im the Manager of Luna Flooring Gallery. I could have hooked you up crazy on the carpet as long as your not too far from Chicago.I sell all brands of carpet and Mohawk is always what I recomend.
Oh well next time just hit me up!! Im sure you see our commercials all the time!!! That also goes for anyone else in the area looking for flooring!!!!

BTW Fast everything is looking great!!! I also like working on the house when Im not doing something to the car. Just recently I painted one accent wall in my MBR with a some extra paint my GF had leftover, I liked it so much I redid the entire first floor, bought all new furn and 2 flat screens to make the rooms complete. LOL! Once you start its hard to stop!!
