Well I was at work, so that was not an option.. but I bought two cheesburgers...and tossed the buns...went over to the sandwich station and put cheese, onions, ketchup and lettuce in between the two patties, and it was like a beef burger...

It was delicious...and for me... healthy.
Do you get close to a Jimmy John's?

They have the "unwich" which is a big deli sandwich wrapped in leaf lettuce and is spectacular.

    Just a thought.

That Double down thing is breaded and they never had a grilled one here in Indy. CARBS.

So there was this big shin dig at work yesterday and there was a spread that I tried to avoid every time I walked by. I'd already eaten my packed lunch so I had two chocolate chip cookies just before I left work. Went directly to the gym after hour long commute and did chest/shoulders/tri's and had bar none the most energetic workout I've had in two years. I mean I felt like I was doing the Terry Crews EUROTRAIN!!!!! shit. Need to change the diet a little bit more, I reckon...

Gotta plan these things, I show up to work on Monday with a big tupperware with like 3-4lbs of chicken, and its all gone by the end of the week.

I usually do pack, but yesterday was an exception. I actually was not complaing about my little burger invention. It worked out good for me...no carbs and delicious. Like I mentioned before, I dont skip carbs for weight loss... I do it for my "inside" issues.

We dont have those up here.... and the breaded chicken is not enough CARB to aggrivate my issues... more like bread, or pasta, or things of that nature.

The "unwich" does sound delicious tho....

    Sweet.

The only foods I really get to enjoy if I'm limited on time are BW3 hot wings and the unwich.

Everything else involves planning or cooking.

I've been very successful in maintaining/losing weight using CKD or simply low-carb over the years. I'm 6'6" tall and stay around 260-270 but I can creep up dangerously close to 300 very quickly if I start drinking and eating shit foods.

    Moar calories= lifting moar weight.
50lb db curls, 105lb skull crushers, 85lb preacher curls are all effortless now. Discovered skull crushers are the best exercise at least for me when it comes to bench. The paused bench sets are also working wonders for pushing just off the chest. It sucks that I can only do half the reps as a normal set, but it's well worth it.
