    These last 2 days were a wash, literally. I couldn't get any road time to get a better datalog but I did swap out the ICM with my factory ACDelco...Instantly better. Car isn't rich as hell at idle and isn't falling on it's face after chopping the throttle. On a fun note, I did get the stereo and bluetooth mic installed. I'll prob get a good run in tom before I tear into the doors to do both window motors.

    Why? what is it missing?

    Also, does DE have emissions? If so, do they have emissions excemptions? In PA, if you put less than 5k on a car.... it is exempt from emissions, and gets a little sticker insert added to the emissions inspection sticker that says "EXEMPT."

    Delaware only is emissions exempt on classic tagged vehicles (25 years old) and trucks 1 ton and up. It appears to have everything on it so it'll pass visual. My only thing will be the sniffer test...I may have to lean out my tune to pass.

    Just like jersey. All the dirty jerz cares about is emissions. Your body could be rusted out, completely bald tires, but if you pass emissions youre good. My car is safer than safe, but has a '13 sticker on it due to obd1 swap

    Nope...You pull in, Beep the horn, roll the driver window up and down, lights, signals and wipers, brake test, tank pressure?, sniffer for OBD1. (OBD2 is at 10 sec plug in to check for MIL, no sniffer or tank test). Whole process takes 5 mins...the line at DMV window is 4 hours. lol
