Yea when I was putting the fuel system together. Last run I made, @5k rpm I was seeing 10# of boost and 85% duty cycle on the injectors. This was at 12.3:1 afr and they are 60#. I think id have to put some monsters in there to run e85

What are te benefits of e85? Is this mostly just for boosted engines or beneficial to n/a engines as well?

yes. i ran 62.5lb injectors on motor with stock lt1 fuel pressure. it's roughly 35% more fuel you need. i would imagine your set up would roughly need around a 80ishlb injector but that all depends on how much boost you are/wanting to run, fuel pressure and how much duty cycle your'e ok with.
and smoke em all the benefits are quite a bit, higher octane, cooler intake charge, and an oxygenated fuel that WILL make more power then a non oxygenated gas/ race gas. but only down fall really is availability depending on your location, fluctuating in ethanol content, and the fuel itself isn't harmful to your fuel system, the fact that the alcohol based fuels will attract moisture and that's what will eat away and corrode stuff...
lots of myths and bs on e85 but go on yellowbullet and see how many hundreds of guys run it with a plain jane AN line and just draining in during the winter and been doing it for years. The moisture it attracts is the thing that is actually harsh on stuff. either keep a full tank or drain it and you'll be fine.
i tested well over a dozen batches of it from spring to early fall... all of it dead on at e85, late fall and winter they add 15% more gas to help with cold starting

I think I'm going to max out around 12#. Looking at putting doing away with the factory bypass valve and doing a blow off valve located in the charge piping. The factory one isn't working right with the throttle body on the intake
