i use the LT airforceone off ebay on my SS and i have a trick flow on my Z28... id never run a rubber elbow. the heat soak in the elbow is just a rumor. no metal elbow ive ever owned has ever gotten heat soaked, unless a NA motor is generating more heat than my 18PSI boosted setup... LOL
