    Ya for most part thats true. But im doing this stuff over stupid reasons. Like walls not being squared, exposed wiring in the walls. Studs being cut 3/4 way through for the pipes to he ran.

    I had to build a new chimney. And build the outer wall in our bedroom. Because of water leaks that no one fixed for years. Found wire spliced together buried in wall with no access panel. And sections of walls with no insulation.
