Have you thought about how many you plan to have in stock of each item at a time? Maybe keep a minimal to zero inventory and make em as they're ordered? Increases turn-around time, but also keeps you from tying up a bunch of money into products that may or may not sell right away.

I plan to keep a inventory of the double din stereo and stereo, hvac delete bazels. Because they will be good seller's.
Stuff like spoilers I will make 1 or 2 at first. And see what the demand is like before I stock many.
The trim will take 24 hours on turn around. The more complex parts like spoilers will take 48 hours to make due to bonding the sections and stuff like that.94 Trans am. Built 383/T56(437/409) Wilwoods, tubular suspension, QA1/BMR, Watts Link. Stripped down and set to kill!

Oh you can make the double din stereo bezels and stuff? Sweet! Hey, I have an idea for a new product that you'd make a royal killing on... Any way you could make a carbon fiber upper dash pad to replace all of our cracked ones?

Ya the double dins are easy to make. Im getting my hands on some bazels for the 93-96 camaro right now. So I can make some for them guys also. Since they just don't exist in the aftermarket.
I have thought about the upper dash. But they are actually real hard pieces to make from one solid piece of CF. Due to the vents design. I know sounds odd the simplest design is one of the hardest to truly replicate.94 Trans am. Built 383/T56(437/409) Wilwoods, tubular suspension, QA1/BMR, Watts Link. Stripped down and set to kill!

Ill look into it more and see what can be done. It's a part I cringe at thinking about the cost to make a tooling mold. A new dash to cut up plus cost in material and time. Will touch 1,000.00 just for a mold. That's a lot of coin at the moment with no guarantee in sales.
Ill take the bazel. What do you want for it?94 Trans am. Built 383/T56(437/409) Wilwoods, tubular suspension, QA1/BMR, Watts Link. Stripped down and set to kill!
