Yeah, got his first name and found out the driver was his gf and got her first name, too. The managers are going to cooperate with the police for the info they need to find the guy, then probably use him to find the girl. I hope anyway.

Going to wait to see if we can get restitution. If they pay for it (either cash or via their insurance, Idc), we're ok and willing to let it go. If they fail to pay, I'll look into going after them in civil court. The officer estimated it at less than $1000 in damage, but it's still going to be more than the punk kid offered to try to pay her off on the spot last night. He said $200 right now and we can all go. Monika told him hell no.

Take it to three body shops and get estimates... Replacing a clam shell is ,ore that 1k...

Take copies of the estimates to the police for it to be documented.

BTW...if it were me...now that u have a police report...go to ur ins co and submit it with the report that states so,done else is at fault. That SHOULD keep u fro, any negative impact...ur ims fixes ur car...and they fight the other ins co for their restitution. Much less headache IMHO.

Didn't wanna start a new thread for this... Figured I would just get the opinions of the bacon bites hardcore...

I want a new toy...and by toy I mean car.

I love old cars... I love Lt cars...but I also love the new stuff.... GTR...C6Z...the new c7....

But I DONT like the payment...at the same time I always wanted a 70.5-73 Camaro...and they dont come cheap either.

Idk what to do... I'll keep my esky...and of course the Camaro is going no where.... The vette would def go....


I even thought of going all out on the vette... Pull the motor...gut the wirimg... Race seats...balk halved...etc...


What do I do... Or... Do I just be happy with the toys I have and stay debt free...(other than this very expensive wedding)..
