Ya, this stuff would sound fishy if you didn't know what was really going on.

It was his money. That is fine that they said no they are refunding you the money, but why would they not just give it back to him where he dropped it off? It makes no sense! Most of the places said they could not do it because they did not have that cash available but the place he sent it from DID we know because they had his MONEY! Sorry I am just mad and that lady was an asshole!

Was it probably him? You both have to have valid I.D.s and all. Saying things like you only talk to him over the internet and phone etc. Also, Western Union can pick it up. I agree that they need to get better English speaking customer service.

Yes, I agree they should of given the money to him at the first location. That is the store's fault. My company only allows a certain amount of money in a register to prevent the lost of a large amount of money in a robbery, but if I was there they could of transferred money from other tills to that till and given it to you.

Im not sure what ur saying...so now its her right to shoot me down for an honest transaction...but all the reports of fraud that i take at work......where people send money to get money thru w.u...to people they admitadly never met...dont know...are not friends with....amd a google searxh usually shows the business to be a fake... THOSE ...THOSE are ok to let thru.
