Well I was very hesitant to come on here and comment about it because other people did buy and receive from him. And packages do get lost. But if I recall correctly, it was the lack of communication that prompted me to open the claim, and make it public. Had he of stayed in contact with me, it never would have escalated.

I mean initially I didn't want to bring it up. When it happened months ago. Nobody wants to think we would have people that would come here and not deliver. But if he's trying to follow up, maybe he was legit. Just wish he would have kept in touch

Exactly. Shit happens. When Tony's stuff showed up busted, I got on the phone and called him immediately, offered a solution and executed it right away. Had I not have contacted him, or not returned his messages, even though the package was damaged by ups, and it was on them, he would have been well within his right to raise hell on here about me. Communication is key. When a seller stops talking to you, you have to assume you've been had and begin damage control.
