All I lack is headers, fluids, and hooking up the wiring harness. Letting it sit overnight to let the rtv set up. If everything goes well I can update the build thread with all that went wrong and the good news. If it goes bad, I'll update the build thread with a link to the partout thread I'll be starting. :p

It feels a lot tighter now. I had at least six out of eight pistons like this....

The ring gaps were not spaced very well. Don't know if they were installed like that or spun in the bores. Either way I'm never going back to them.

Had a guy from another site offer to buy my other bracket. I told him I want to make sure it works like its setup first. So if I'm still having problems after all this I've got an l99 I'm going to put in as a test mule so I can iron out any issues there are with the bracket. Id like to try one setup like I have it now and one with the throttle body mounted on the front of the engine and see what works better.

I hope I like it too. I don't think my back can take much more of this stuff. Going to have to be happy with what I got and stop changing cars every year.

Good morning guys! I spent all weekend watching the whole series of Hemlock Grove on Netflix start to finish. Great show! I recommend it to anyone into horror-thriller-mystery type shows. It's a Netflix original series, though, so you have to have Netflix to see it lol. Check it out!
