No. I figured the cylinders would be as slick as glass but they still have a good crosshatch on them. I'm convinced that when the msd opti was bad and I was troubleshooting that issue, that's when the rings got washed out. Every time the ignition was turned on or cranked the 60# injectors dumped the fuel in. And there was a lot of cranking!

I reconnected with a guy I worked with back in the early 90s when I worked at a machine shop and he now has his own shop so I know for sure he knows what he is doing so now I have a place to take my LT1 for work and I dont have to worry about it being right. This guy knows his stuff and now all I gotta do is get a better job so I can pay for it hehehe.

I thought I had a place like that. Had been going there over a decade. He started picking up a lot of work and added on some goons that don't know their ass from applebutter. Now things are being sent out wrong. Badly wrong. Like replacing a single damaged 5.7" rod with a 6" rod wrong. Never again

Crazy night last night. Stuck at work (glass building) sold 5 cars in a hour while tornadoes are in the area. No power. 2 tornadoes within 2 miles of my house. The family arena (place where my high school graduation ceremony was supposed to be today) got the roof ripped off. Graduation is cancelled for now. The holiday inn close to my house had casualties.

Well been a hectic two weeks, first the tornado in Moore and now my dads in the hospital, he had a stroke and he's only 43, and yesterday there were at least 4 tornadoes that touched down. I drove 7 1/2 hours so I could see my dad
