Passing out sucks, I have once and now whenever I feel it coming up I do whatever I can do stop it. I was out for 30 seconds, but seemed like I slept all day.
On a side note, passing out while intoxicated with alcohol is a whole another animal.
Further more, I just picked up a stock black tail light panel for 10$, and they guy had a gorgeous Y pipe for a LS1 (Pretty sure they dont fit our cars right?)94 Z28 - Bolt on's - Lots of MSD Stuff - Crane Ignition - Stall - Built Trans - Light Diet

Yeah, that's scary how fast it can happen. No warning or anything. My sister used to have blackout episodes, but she was also having pedi mal seizures which were causing it. Yours sounds totally out of the blue.
