Hmm, pitch it as "colorful plot padding," like a movie with the same aura as Training Day lol.
But on a serious note, that's kind of worrisome to hear. Fortunately the cops around here seem like pretty nice guys and gals when we've called them to come check out stuff. About the only one I've ever not been really impressed with was the guy they sent out the day our shed got robbed and he looked bored and lazy. He kinda scribbled some notes real quick and told us that there wasn't really anything he could do and walked off back to his car. My night just got interesting...All radios in the center simultaneously dropped out and came back twice. Now were having intermittent transmitting problems. Just when I was about to say this night was going to take forever.
