Ok, so the guy is basically just ignoring the law then. Personally I think people who get DUI/DWI should lose the vehicle and watch be crushed...

I have to agree... but reality says, they will get behind the wheel of another car, whether a new purchase... a rental, borrowed....
Its a flawed system... even the breathalizers in the cars for ignition lock... you can have someone else blow in it...
