Pleased to meet you.
Hello all. I've been lurking around here for a little bit now. Just figured it was time to create an account and become a part of this ever so friendly community base you guys have here! I picked up my child hood dream car, 1995 Camaro z28 equipped with T-Tops
, a little over 2-years ago for $1,000 with a blown motor. I love the car, even though I've been fighting with her since day one! I'll never get rid of it, that's for sure.
I'm located not in, but near, Peoria, Illinois. Originally from Tampa, FL(don't ask me why I moved up here, LOL.)
But yeah. Just thought I'd give a short introduction of myself. Hope to become friends with a lot of people on here, and try my best to help others when needed.
Thanks Guys!
PS: This has got to be one of the friendliest forums I've ever seen.
PPS: If anyone has a base tune for a CC503 they wouldn't mind sharing, that'd be awesome.

Haha we are a friendly bunch, there's enough drama in real life to go around
Welcome to the forums though! Got any pics of your ride? We love pics! And how far along have you come with the blown motor? Is she running again or still working on her?

Yes, yes there is enough dram in real life! Great to know there are others that realise that, lol. I don't have any pictures of my ride, but when the weather is a little warmer I'll snap a few with my camera.
Shortly after I got the car, she had to go in storage because I was taking college courses and neither had the time or money to do anything to her. :/ But now I've got a block sitting out in my garage to put in her and get her on the road! Can't wait.
I'm sure someone will come along.Im sure someone may be able to help you with the tune, and WELCOME TO THE SITE!!!!

Thanks.
What kind of friends particularly? I've also got a spare LT1 block I'm looking to build up slowly and I just don't care for the machine shops around here. Last time it took them a month and some change to put in freeze plugs, cam bearings, and deglaze my cylinders.
