Does anyone here have anger issues.???

I have a problem, that I keep my cool for what always seems like forever, but when I find something pushing my buttons, I start an out of control down hill spiral... Pressure builds in my face and head.. my neck strains... I see RED.... I even feel myself straining so hard, when Im yelling my head starts to go dizzy... to the point where if I keep going I KNOW Ill black out..

I can usually control it... but I think I "control" it for 2 long.. because when I pop.. I POP. My outlet used to be the gym.. I would destroy the weights to exhaust myself... but with 2 years away from a gym... Ive not managed any new coping skills...


Just wondering if there is anyone else willing to admit to being the same and maybe having a successful way of dealing....

Thats way my truck is fixing to get it's 11th windshield. I have started keeping cheap breakable shit around, just for my temper tantrums.

well, I understand at work. can't do mu h about it I guess. which sucks.
cause that's always when it tends to happen. somewhere where you HAVE to keep that shit bottled up!

i have been told i have an Irish temper, LONG fuse but when the fuse burns out its setting off a nuke. for the most part i can keep in check, but there are them things that no mater what will set me off. and i have been to the point of dizzyness and black out from anger. been in classes before (command directed). lately i have been running as a coping tool along with music, also have a bad habit of hitting objects that are harder then my hand. but most of the time its better then taking someones head off.

Im just not sure what my issue is.

I know I have some stress going on... but for the most part... Im very fortunate in life (at least on the outside)...

Today I took a report of incest/statutory that occurred 15 years ago.... and the other day it was a 13 year old and a 20 year old... and although I HATE the topic, these are the cases that give me the most rewarding feelings... yet... I think its destroying me because of what my brain and heart tell me I should do to these people...

Hell maybe thats all just an excuse... maybe Im just a dick.

I learned, don't hold it in. That's when I got into trouble. If I let things brew and stew, something small would lite the keg, then that usually ended up with a trip to the gray bar motel.
