Does anyone here have anger issues.???
I have a problem, that I keep my cool for what always seems like forever, but when I find something pushing my buttons, I start an out of control down hill spiral... Pressure builds in my face and head.. my neck strains... I see RED.... I even feel myself straining so hard, when Im yelling my head starts to go dizzy... to the point where if I keep going I KNOW Ill black out..
I can usually control it... but I think I "control" it for 2 long.. because when I pop.. I POP. My outlet used to be the gym.. I would destroy the weights to exhaust myself... but with 2 years away from a gym... Ive not managed any new coping skills...
Just wondering if there is anyone else willing to admit to being the same and maybe having a successful way of dealing....
