That's why I don't send paypal payments as a gift unless it's someone I have dealt with, in person, and I trust completely.

Yeah I was just trying to be nice when I did it. Live and learn lol. $4 isn't really worth raising a stink over, just irked me how he lied about it. Won't be making that mistake in the future.
