To bring this thread back up, but did you just order VC gaskets for vehicle in Felpro rubber? Or was it something specific?

I know its an old thread, but glad to see it was just that your's were warped. I put two years on a H/C daily driver with my Cantons and they never leaked even once. Rubber gasket, silicone the gasket to the VC's then put them on together as one piece.
I got them to clear big rockers and shaft mounts, but now that I have AFRs with both perimeter and center bolt, I might sell them (in a million years when my motor is finally in the car
) and snatch up some big ol' obscene perimeter bolt VCs
.

I used modified center bolts with blue rubber felpro.....but i used alittle something special to get them to seal good. Unicorn sperm, i hand milk them and spread evenly on the gaskets and tadda no leaks.

Larry, so I can get a set of VC gaskets for my car and just make sure they are the blue Felpro's?
I'll just stick with black RTV, thanks...94' Z -383 LTx, AI TFS 215cc heads/C/I
