I do the same thing... no corn, and I use feta cheese and hoagie peppers... Its and Egyptian snack.... "LAHMA MAFROOMA."

Minus the corn and its dirty rice which is good but you gotta have some creole seasoning for it.

i think SLOP is a common name for a concoction like this, i got the idea from what my dad use to make and as a kid i always call it SLOP. never the same twice but always good.

Lol my grandfather always made corned beef hash, fried potatoes, and onions fried together and called it pig slop. It was so good
