Every Year...
Every time winter rolls around, a bunch of people seem to forget how to drive in snow/ice etc. I got off work saturday at 7pm, get about a mile out of town, headed to pick my son up. I see flashing lights ahead, but its a single vehicle, I stop, and they tell me the road is closed for at least the next 2 hours. Apparently there was a pile up with serious injuries. My g/f called from the hospital where she works and said she was working late because of all of the crashes, quite a few nasty ones had happend. I just want to know, that when you live in Wisconsin, or any other state that gets snow often, how do you forget how to drive in it? I have only gone off the road one time, back when I was 17. I just don't understand it, driving in snow to me, is like riding a bike, once you know it, you always know it.
