    Best advice I can give you is to not get hung up on the group hierarchy by that I mean don't appoint anyone to be the "leader" or anything like that.

    Thanls for the advice I definately wont get into the hierarchy stuff, this will be as informal as it gets

    Not trying to be a negative Nancy, but try not to make it too "formal." I have seen a lot of friendships go south because of car clubs.
