    Mine were doing that too with the laminate coming apart ... 'fixing' them seemed to be too much work. Just threw on a couple coats of niteshade -- just enough to where you can still see the grid but it covers up the crappiness.

    Before (all milky and faded looking)





    After (can't even tell, right?)

    bluebird, your car has a great looking ass, what tips are those?
    1995 Formy M6 T-top LS1 WS6 air box w/LG G2 lid, LE 226/230 cam, cleaned up stock heads, 1.6 RR's, SLP pp, SPEC stage 3+ disc, LPP longtubes, Magnaflow, t/a cover, 3.73's, J&M LCA's, UMI 3pt SFC's. 12.8 @ 110 on a 2.00 60' 3 days after going back together untuned.

    No prob! I really wanted to keep the grid pattern visible since they're kinda rare and only on V8's, and they look damn good. I was kinda scared to do the niteshade, I think that's actually about three coats and they still show up really well. But they look brand new now, was glad I did it!
