Wow. If you don't have anything to add you shouldn't reply at all. Maybe he wanted to do them him self? I'll get you the measurements a bit later OP

Here's the measurements from my buddy's 97 RS with LT's. (OTVC only works with LT's) I added about a half an inch to these measurements just to be on the safe side.
31"
34"
39"
42"
They are the same length both sides. Now remember this may or may not work with your setup but it probably will. I'm about to make them myself.1995 Firebird Formula, Pacesetter Longtube Headers, Pacesetter ORY, SLP Loudmouth exhaust with slash cut tips, WS6 Speedline Rims, Falken Azenis rubber, LS1 Brake upgrade , OTVC mod.

I did them for my car myself. Just went one at a time and made em PERFECT. Of course the motor was out of the car at the time, but completly assembled...

yeah and ALWAYS leave slack... cut them atleast 2" longer than you want cause if you mess up your screwed! sore thumbs will happen also get some PB blaster... you will see why when you go to assemble the wires and install the OPTI boot
