Holy crap. Glad your Ok. Sucks about the car.
Too add to Popo and Camaro_94's comments. The insurance co is going to try to buy you off with $500 for medical expenses. If you take that check, they are no longer liable to pay out any other medical expenses should they come up. I think you have two years to accept that deal.
