Stupid rookies....
http://sports.yahoo.com/nfl/news?slu...yhoo&type=lgns
I cant believe how stupid he is being! Crabtree was a good player in college, but has not proven himself in the NFL. He doesnt deserve half that money IMHO. Rookies are being spoiled. How about Jamarcus Russell? He held out, demanded more money since he's SOOOOO talented, then hasnt done shit for the team. He's well worth the enormus contract he got.
Rookies need to prove themselves. I think they are being overpaid from the start and are ruining the game. You can do pleanty well with only 5 million, instead of the 20 million+ this dumb ass is demanding.
I just lost a ton of respect for Crabtree. I used to like him on Texas, but now since hes bitching about not being paid enough and crying like a little bitch about not being picked first out of the WR's, I could care less if he were in the NFL. I hope other teams see this and realize how stupid he's being and dont want him. He's destroying the game. I wouldnt sign a player with this kind of attitude to a team.

Rookie or not, they all cry like little bitches and all they are worried about is the money, few if any play for the love of the game anymore...

I can kinda agree with that. I have a ton of respect for those that are still playing for the game, but I dont think rookies deserve that right, especially when they havent even touched foot out on the field yet. I just think these rookies need to prove themselves before they go bitching about their contracts.

All of them are blessed with the skills that they have, they make millions of dollars and yet still never seem to be happy.
There are a lot of rookies that go out there and play a good first year and then you rarely hear about them again (Reggie Bush) and then you have guys that go out there and didnt ever do shit on the field (Matt Lienart).

Teams need to realize they can sign all the big names in the world, but that doesn't mean they will be a good team. The Yankees spent HALF A BILLION DOLLARS in NEW contracts alone last off season and they are only up in their division by like one game.
Just for comparison purposes, the Arizona Diamondbacks limited themselves to a mere Ten Million Dollars to spend on new contracts and they needed just as many players, if not more than the Yankees did.ThatAdStudent.com - Advertising and Graphic Design Blog
