Default m6 qa1 guys come help a guy out

i have the single adjustables. im curious what u guys use on the front and rear at the track. on the front i have used 1-2 and the rears are on 6. i tried 12 on the rears and it slows my 60's down by .12 best 60ft time is 1.689. 4:11 gear, 9in, full adjustable suspension car. i know it has more than a 1.68 in it so im curious to what setting u guys are using. raceweight is 3170ish. a buddy of mine who use to have a auto car swore by 3 on the front and 3-4 on the rear when he went to the track. now i know the a4 car gets less shock just curious on if i can dip down in the lower 1.6's just from different settings

    thanks,

been doing alot of good reading. most say 2-3 f and 5-6 dr and 6-7pr. maybe i need a tad more gear. the old m6 bolt on record car cut high 1.5's and his only difference than my setup was stock rear struts, bmr upper and lower a arms, 4:33's, and the spohn dragbar. now he was 70lbs lighter than me too . here is the car for reference

any advice is appreciated! im sure shon will post so if u dont like me posting a launch pic of ur camaro just let me know sir.

    thanks!

p.s. my suspension setup for those who can help me figure this out.
