license plate bracket.

I dont like having my license plate on the bumper and well i have it on the windshield. I been pulled over 3 times this week for having it there. So i want to get a bracket but i dont want one that goes in the front and have to drill holes on the bumper. Where can i get one that i see that its on the front but kind of on the side and you can flip under the car when you dont want to be it showing?

Thats pretty cool. In NY they are pretty cool about it. If you arent doing anything wrong, they wont bug you about it for the most part. If you are coming out of a car show thats filled with kids that are skrewing around, they will make sure to give you a ticket. That bracket seems like a kick ass idea though!
