Thumbs up One more signing up

1996 Impala SS owner here. 383, 2800 stall, 3.73 gears. Moves real well for a big fellow. Between all the political nonsense and racial tension on the Impala forum I ventured over to LS1Tech since their LT section is pretty strong. Just now saw the topic about this one so here I am. I'll get my $10 sent in eventually. Good luck with the site! I'll be around.

    Thumbs up

It's been 13.4@104 on a 2.1 60. I've got some MT 275/40/17s as well as some adjustable upper control arms to put on before my next track visit. Those along with the new cam, electric water pump, and no valve float will hopefully put me solidly in the 12s.

Only real appearance mod is 20% tint. It has extended lower control arms so the rear wheels are centered. The clear on my rims is milky and fading. I will be sand blasting them and painting them in a week or so.

New cam, springs, EWP, and some suspension will probably be all she wrote. I work part time at a shop that builds turbos so the temptation to find someone to fab a kit is always looming.
