Dude, I would DEFINITELY consult a laywer. It's sounds like they threw a couple books at you. I guarantee if you would have had a lawyer with you in court, you wouldn't have received a sentence like that.

Damn that does seem a little harsh. Hang in there though, in a few months things will start looking up, you'll get your full drivers license back, etc.

get a lawer. i never go to court for anything without one.
i even got a c&i for 90+ in a 35 reduced to a 1 point stop sign before. cost some money but it was well worth it.1996 ss m6 white and black hardtop
custom everything, cam, heads, 8.8 w/4.10s, duals you name it.

Bummer dude! Jail isnt bad unless its chicago. Get a lawyer and see what he can do! Ill bet you could get you work permit at least for the car and eventualy get back your ML. Dont worry about it! I lost my DL b4, been in jail too. It will pass! When do you go? County or local? If its local its nada just waisting time, if its county youll be leaving as soon as your processed, youll prob never see a cell if its anything like chicago.
Or fly out here party we me for a bit and forget all about it! I have a spare bedroom with no bed, but it does have a LT1 block and 37" tv with X box 360 live and a moving blanket covered in oil! lol

sorry to hear that... I deff. agree, get a lawyer.. that seems awfully harsh for just going 30 over....at least its only 2 days... even tho it sucks... let us know what happens..
