I'm wanting to get a k member and was looking at the UMI road race piece since my car is mostly setup for handling and not straight line. But most of the pics I find are just thumbnails. I'd like to get something a little lighter, but I don't want to sacrifice strength.

I probably won't be able to get one until after the summer. I have a few other things planned before the k member, but I want to get it done over the winter since I'm pulling the motor to do a wire tuck and heater box delete

But a group purchase would be sweet, especially if we could save some coin

this is a PA racing I have right now. but if enough people here want to get together and try for a Spohn group purchase Id be willing to run in there and talk to steve since there shop is only like 10 min from me and I could probably get a deal since i know him farly well now, I got my PA racing K before he was making K members for F-Bodys.

See thats what I'm kind of worried about, 19#s with the packing.

I have seen a few BMRs that were broken from street driving. And I'm not trying to bash anyones products, but I want something I can trust on rough roads.

I'm sure that any k member would hold up and the PA piece seems to be build very nice. I haven't seen any full size pics of the spohn, but I had a tunnel mount TA and that thing was beefy and worked great
