Thank you. One last question, should I upgrade the rocker studs as well?

I would 7/16 studs and get the 7/16 promags.

Okay, how does this sound...
SA Comp Magnum 1.6 rr (1418-16)
Comp 3/8 rocker studs (4500-16)
Trickflow pushrods (21407200)
stock lifters
Along with these items, would you suggest the patriot 8401-BSBC spring kit or Crane 10308-1
I will also order the pushrod checker to check length just in case, but will go ahead and order the 7.2 and if I have to order a different size then so be it.
And the way I understand it is if I run SA rr then I do not need guideplates for the pushrods correct?Last edited by spiers; 03-14-2009 at 10:35 AM.

that is correct and is the same set-up i went with my cam, although i did not get new rocker studs. i also used the crane 10308 springs. 550/560 lift. stock heads/block
Cammed/stalled/geared/gutted
