I need a hood photoshopped onto a specific car and the color of a car swapped to white ? Anyone know if someone can do what i need before i spend 1800 on appearance mods ?

Now, PS in some bitchin wheels. Say, 22s or 24s. Blue with a chrome lip.

And a 5% brow on the shield.

Whaaaa ? It aint about bling --It's my track car just want it to stand out from the way it is in my sig - under that hood and pretty paint will be well over 1k in HP.
